What's Happening Now? – Present Continuous
El Present Continuous (también llamado Present Progressive) se usa para hablar de acciones que están sucediendo en este momento, acciones temporales o planes a futuro cercano. En español equivale a "estoy haciendo", "ella está comiendo", "ellos están estudiando".
¿Cuándo usamos el Present Continuous?
Estructura: Afirmativa, Negativa y Pregunta

Spelling Rules: cómo agregar -ing
Antes de agregar -ing a un verbo, debes aplicar la regla de ortografía correcta. Hay cuatro casos principales:
Regla 1 · Doblar la consonante final
Si el verbo es corto y termina en consonante + vocal + consonante, se dobla la última consonante antes de agregar -ing. Solo aplica cuando el acento está en la última sílaba.

Regla 2 · Eliminar la "e" final silenciosa
Cuando el verbo termina en una "e" silenciosa, se elimina antes de agregar -ing.
